Urgent repairs to a property will be accepted informally initially but will need to be confirmed in writing as soon as the occupant can do so. Below is a list of what’s considered an urgent repair:
- A serious gas leak 
- A burst hot water service 
- A dangerous electrical fault 
- Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure 
- A fallen tree 
Please be advised any maintenance work that is organised by a tenant that is not considered an emergency may be at the expense of the tenants. Other examples of urgent repairs are contained in your lease agreement.
If repairs are needed, a maintenance request must be emailed to your Property Manager at property@mbfg.com.au or through the Tenant Portal on Property Me. If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to ensure that the maintenance request has been received.

storms and natural disaster damage
For all damage resulting from a natural disaster or storm, contact your Property Manager. Additionally, you may need to contact Emergency Services on 13 25 00 who will assist with tree removal, storm damages etc.
If you have a serious emergency you should dial ‘000’ for assistance from your local police, fire, and/or ambulance service
